AND OR Graduate in General Education from recognized University with Hindi as one of the subject and Hindi Shikshan Parangat/ B.Ed. or its equivalent examination recognized by the Government of India/Government of Mizoram as its equivalent examination. II. Working knowledge of Mizo language at least Middle School standard |
